• Dry particulate soil will be removed from your carpet with a professional vacuum. Most cleaners skip this very important step and start with pre-spray, turning the dry soil into mud. ·
• Next your carpet will receive a 100% safe-to-use, effective, and warranty-approved pre-conditioner. This step starts the process of dislodging the oily soils that are still attached to the carpet fibers
• Then using a cylindrical brush machine we agitate preconditioner into the carpet fibers (most cleaners just extract after preconditioning the carpet)
