Hebert's has established policys for the protection of our clients and our employees.


Compliance with the following steps is required:

* Employees must be in uniforms at all times.
* In accordance with the instruction sheet provided, employees must check with clients to besure proper work is being preformed.

Clients are given post care instructions

* Show client any strange or unsuall defects in any flooring before starting service.
Call the office at once without delay if any problems occur during the service.

*If you are alone during a service. Never unlock a secured door for anyone.
Remember: If they have a right to be there, they will have a key of their own.

* Leave all personal possessions at home. Do not bring
o Radios
o Cassettes
o Walkmans
o iPods
o Televisions
or any personal devices other than cell phones to work with you. Your cell phone is to be used for emergencies only.

*After cleaning, when possable go over all areas serviced with client to ensure their satisfaction. Have client sign work order
